A scheduled network upgrade to the Tigerpaw Mobile and Tigerpaw One platforms will be carried out Friday, July 22nd, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM Central Daylight Time. This upgrade will be completed by Tigerpaw and requires no action on your part.
During this time, please be aware of the following service interruptions:
1. Tigerpaw Mobile will be inaccessible.
2. Tigerpaw users on the Tigerpaw One named-user licensing model will be unable to add reps, or add or change licenses.
If you try to log into Tigerpaw Mobile or configure licenses or users in the Tigerpaw desktop application during this time, you may receive an error.
Additionally, system administrators may see an error message (as shown below) when logging into the Tigerpaw desktop application during the maintenance period. This error requires no action on your part if seen during the maintenance period, and should automatically be cleared shortly after the maintenance is completed. If you continue to see this error after the maintenance period, contact the Tigerpaw Help Desk.
