Newly created position intensifies focus on customer engagement, communication and response processes to deliver the most interactive experience possible
BELLEVUE, Neb., – Feb 8, 2016 – Tigerpaw Software, a leading developer of business automation and service management software, has expanded its team with the hire of Ashley Flynn as its customer experience manager. The newly created role will focus on managing communications between the company and its customer base, tracking and sharing feedback, listening to the Tigerpaw community, and ensuring that clients’ expectations are exceeded in all interactions.
Flynn comes to Tigerpaw from Lexmark Enterprise Software (formerly Perceptive Software), where she was responsible for large-scale events and event marketing communications. Her experience in this role provided Flynn the opportunity to engage face-to-face with customers in the software space and understand their unique needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
