More Easily Track Your Team's Workload - View All Service Tickets Assigned to Technicians
On the Service Orders list view, you can now display all of the service orders assigned to a technician, even as an associated tech. When you select a single rep in the Tech assigned field, the new "Assoc. Tech" column displays a checkmark if the tech is an associated tech on the service order. This modification makes it easy to view all service orders assigned to a technician.
Increased Efficiencies - Update Service Orders from a Task
You can now update key service order fields while editing a task on the Edit Task Window. This modification saves time by allowing reps to update both a task and the related service order from one window.
Less Clutter - Hide Inactive Reps
When a rep's status is no longer "Active" on the Account Rep Maintenance window, Tigerpaw now hides the rep name on most windows. This update reduces the number of rep records displayed throughout the system and minimizes the chance of users unintentionally selecting an inactive rep.
A Clean Database - Easily Merge Contact Records
If an account lists multiple contact records for the same person, you can now easily merge the contacts into one record. The record retains the following information from all of the merged records: contact groups, contact profiles, phone/fax numbers, email addresses and personal notes. This enhancement simplifies updating records and eliminates the confusion that can arise when multiple records contain duplicate or contradictory information.

Better Manage Changing Price Book Items - Flexibility to Rename Item IDs
You can now change the item ID on a price book item, regardless of whether the item has been used on a service order, quote or other document type. Tigerpaw updates the item ID everywhere the item exists, including customer assets, open and closed documents (such as service orders), price book assembly details, serial numbers, inventory transfers, locations, adjustments and logs. This feature gives you the flexibility to update existing items rather than create new ones when a vendor changes the part number or version for a product, or you implement a new naming convention for price book items.
