With this addition, Tigerpaw has met another commitment to provide extraordinary features and functions to its already full-bodied business automation solution.

Tigerpaw’s two-way Managed Services Provider integration allows for the significant reduction in errors, and increases the reliability of your database, resulting in better control and better business processes. Through the integration with popular managed services software, Tigerpaw connects managed services functionality with detailed service order and workflow capabilities, enabling Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver richly enhanced customer service.

The two-way integration from Tigerpaw shakes hands between Tigerpaw and the Managed Service Provider system. Alerts produced in the MSP system are automatically sent to Tigerpaw where Tigerpaw turns the alert into a service order for the account. Based on the information provided, Tigerpaw sends back an acknowledgement to the MSP system that the alert was received and that a service order was created. Status changes and updates made to the service order within Tigerpaw are sent back to the MSP system and as the service order is closed, Tigerpaw automatically updates and closes the alert in the MSP system.

Tigerpaw Software, Inc. currently provides basic MSP integration to Kaseya, N-Able, Level Platforms, SilverBack Technologies and IpSwitch. At this time, Tigerpaw offers two-way MSP integration with SilverBack Technologies, and has plans to add the additional MSP partners in the near future.
