James Foxall, President/CEO

James Foxall, President and CEO of Tigerpaw Software, has been involved in commercial software development for more than 20 years. James has a BS degree in Management of Information Systems and a MBA from Bellevue University. James has written 14 books on technology which have been published in over a dozen languages around the world. He is considered an authority on application interface and behavior standards of Windows applications and serves the business community as an international speaker on Microsoft technologies and best practices for automating business processes in the SMB environment. Viewed as a business and technology expert, James has been featured on several television news shows, as well as in various trade publications and newspaper articles.

Marudaraj (Rudy) Jivaraj, Director of Software Development

As the Director of Software Development, Rudy brings an excellent mix of leadership, management and technical skills to the Tigerpaw team. His experience includes over 15 years of software development which includes agile software development, complex application software development, project management, and extensive management of software development teams. Previously, Rudy served over 10 years as a Software Development Manager and Lead Software Development Engineer at CSG International.

Rudy comes to Tigerpaw with an MBA in International Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Anna University of India.


Ben Johnson, Director of Sales

Ben Johnson joined Tigerpaw Software as Director of Sales in 2013 bringing with him 20 years of experience teaching sales & marketing management, business efficiency strategies and accurate forecasting to businesses around the world. He has previously held positions of Senior Vice President of Sales at the AIM Institute, Director of Sales and Operations at Infogroup, Sr. VP at Epipheo, President of New Media Gray Television and is the founder of MaxQV, LLC. Ben is skilled in P&L management, customer service, business development, performance tracking, marketing analytics and partner program development. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Recreational Management.

Ben is extremely interested in identifying and implementing technology that fundamentally improves the way we “live and work” over the long term while avoiding chasing the next “short-lived, cool trend” that is here today and gone tomorrow.


Suzy Kratochvil, Director of Training & Implementation

Suzy Kratochvil brings 25 years of experience to her role as Director of Training and Implementation. As Director, she focuses on enriching client’s training experiences and expanding the client on-boarding process. Previously, she served as Director, Instructional Design at First Data Corporation. Kratochvil has a BS in Education from Creighton University and her MSED (Master of Science in Education) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Southern California. She is has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) for over 20 years.


Guy Korbitz, Director of Finance & Administration

Guy Korbitz joined Tigerpaw Software in 2013 as the Director of Finance & Administration. Guy is a non-practicing CPA with over 12 years of corporate finance experience with Fortune 500 Companies, as well as five years of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning software implementation experience. Guy also has five years of co-owning and operating small businesses. He received his Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.


Mike Hartman, Technical Services Manager

Mike Hartman has been with Tigerpaw for 25 years. In his current role as Technical Services Manager, Mike provides network and computer support to our entire team as well as acting as a technology liaison for many clients. He has six years of virtualization experience (Hyper-V and VM-ware), 15+ years of database (SQL and Access) experience, 23 years of networking experience (Novell and Microsoft) and holds multiple Microsoft certifications.


Marsha Blobaum, Customer Service Manager

Coming to Tigerpaw in 2007, Marsha Blobaum brought with her a wide range of management skills and support knowledge from her time as Customer Service Manager at one of the world’s largest retailers. In her current position as Technical Support Manager, Marsha leads a team of software support engineers in providing the best experience for our customers with a commitment to excellence.
