BELLEVUE, Neb., (10/29/2015) — Tigerpaw Software Inc. today launched Tigerpaw One, a new offering that includes the full power of Tigerpaw’s suite of business automation tools – including all core modules of the Professional Services Automation Tool, plus all of the most popular add-on modules – for one, low monthly user fee.
“This is the first time that Tigerpaw has ever offered a SaaS-based pricing model in the 30-year history of our company, and we think this offering is going to have a huge impact on the PSA market,” said Tigerpaw CEO James Foxall.
Tigerpaw is an on-premises Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool that historically was sold through perpetual concurrent user licenses on a module-by-module basis. The separately licensed modules include Tigerpaw’s contact and sales management module, the service management module, inventory management module, and accounting/payment processing module.
In addition, like most other leading PSA platforms, users of Tigerpaw could purchase separate add-on modules to enhance the PSA functionality, including a mobile app, customer portal, employee portal, built-in Exchange integration, and an e-mail-to-ticket parser. Under the legacy offering, after the initial up-front payment of the perpetual concurrent user licenses, customers would pay an annual “Livebridge” fee to receive continual software updates, technical support, and access to certain functions.
Tigerpaw One includes all of this functionality for a single, low retail price of $89 per user per month, with a SaaS pricing model that also includes the updates, training, and product support previously charged separately under Livebridge.
At this week’s 2015 Tigerpaw Partner Conference in Omaha, Nebraska, Foxall announced that all attendee companies will receive all of the functionality included in the Tigerpaw One offering at no additional charge for 12-months, a combined value of hundreds of thousands of dollars in software licenses. “Our customers have been very loyal to us and we are excited to be able to do this for those attending our conference,” Foxall said. “We’re excited to see the dramatic improvements these businesses will experience with the added automation features they will be getting under Tigerpaw One.”
The genesis of the Tigerpaw One offering came out of Tigerpaw’s research into both their own customers and users of other PSA tools. “We learned that most of companies were missing important parts of our product,” said Foxall, “and that means they couldn’t be operating at peak efficiency, productivity, and profitability. We believe a big reason for the underutilization of the high-end PSAs like Tigerpaw is due to piecemeal purchasing of the product. Companies tend to try to save money up front by just purchasing what they can immediately use, thinking they will add more functionality later. Inertia sets in and they never complete the process. Tigerpaw One is going to change that.”
In addition to including essentially everything that Tigerpaw Software offers, Tigerpaw One also provides free access to Tigerpaw Academy, the industry-leading training program that includes customized curriculum for each employee, live instructor-led training and a huge library of on-demand training videos and guides. Also included is a built-in Learning Management System that tracks the training progress and activity of all employees, tests them on their proficiency levels, and provides certificates to mark their achievements.
“Having access to all this power and functionality, at such a low per-user price point is going to be hugely disruptive in the market,” said James Kernan, Tigerpaw vice president of Sales. “This is something that people have been asking us to do for some time now, and we already have a huge backlog of prospects who have been waiting for this announcement.“

Current Tigerpaw customers with perpetual concurrent license of individual modules and add-ons will be given an opportunity to convert over to the new Tigerpaw One SaaS pricing at a substantial discount.
