June 26, 2002 – Tigerpaw Software Inc., today announced the launch of their certified dealer network. The dealer channel is being developed to enhance Tigerpaw’s ability to market its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products to a wide array of vertical markets. The shift to a dealer channel is also an effort to continue to expand the sales of the world-class products and customer service Tigerpaw provides to the small business marketplace. Tigerpaw’s dealers will provide sales, training, implementation, integration and support for all of Tigerpaw’s products.
The dealer program consists of Value Added Resellers that specialize in delivering technology solutions to small and medium size businesses. Tigerpaw Software Business Suite 9 is a modular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) package that helps businesses create efficiencies while increasing customer service.
