TIGERPAW INTEGRATES JENNE CONFIGURATION, PRICING AND QUOTING TOOLS

BELLEVUE, Neb., (8/3/2015) — Tigerpaw Software Inc., a leading developer of business automation and service management software, has added data import functionality from Jenne applications to its end-to-end business operations software solutions. This new partnership equips solution providers with the tools they need to manage quotes, installation orders, service management, invoicing, purchasing and accounting—all in one end-to-end solution.

The integration expands functionality by combining Jenne’s configuration, pricing and quoting engine with the ability to import quotes directly into Tigerpaw through Tigerpaw’s Quote Import Tool, eliminating the need to re-key data. As a result, users can easily export customer data directly from Jenne to Tigerpaw to develop proposals and manage data through the service, billing and accounting processes. Purchase orders can now also be submitted electronically to Jenne directly from Tigerpaw via an XML email attachment that imports into Jenne’s systems, eliminating data entry errors and accelerating time to close.

Quotes are managed in Tigerpaw through the installation, delivery and invoice processes.
