Time Entry

Time Sheets view allows techs and managers to see an entire week at a glance - all tickets created, all time entered, and the amount of "billable" time. Calendar view of time entries, a Tigerpaw exclusive, offers an easy to read and easy to edit view, complete with color coding for different types of work performed. Managers can edit a time entry or overwrite billing parameters such as rates and whether or not the time is counted as billable.

Service Order Templates

Users can even share templates with their peers through the Tigerpaw Community.

Tigerpaw Software integrates with GreatAmerica Leasing to provide flexible lease payment information on quotes being provided to clients. Password Keeper - Requested by Tigerpaw Online Community Users


The End of Manual Work-Arounds

Often custom fields are used to store passwords and inadvertently expose client passwords to all employees in a company. Not anymore. Tigerpaw's Password Keeper, requested by Tigerpaw Community members, stores encrypted user name and password data and includes three levels of security permissions.   • Generate New Passwords: use Tigerpaw's password generator to create strong password options
  • Click and Copy: right click and copy your username and password
  • Sort by Category: arrange by user-defined categories

Audit Log
Everything, from views to changes, is logged in Password Keeper - providing you with a valuable audit trail.
