Get the most out of your Tigerpaw investment with Regional Training. With sessions being scheduled across the United States starting in 2012, we are offering more training opportunities than ever. Our full-day, hands-on sessions allow you to follow along on your own computer and discover exactly how Tigerpaw can improve your business and give you a competitive advantage.

We encourage users to attend all three sessions (5 full days of in-depth training) in order to obtain a full scope of the Tigerpaw business advantage.

 5-Day Regional Training includes the following classes:

Creating a Finely Tuned Tigerpaw Price Book (1.5 days)

Whether you’re creating your price book for the first time or optimizing the price book you already have, this course will help you build (or rebuild) your Tigerpaw price book to make it as useful as possible. The course covers everything from basic price book setup, best practices, and tips and tricks, to integrating Tigerpaw with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage 50 (Peachtree). Class discussion and hands-on activities supplement the course material to give you the best possible return on your time and effort.

Using Tigerpaw to Acquire and Retain Loyal Customers (1.5 days)

Learn how to get more out of your leads. During this course, attendees will learn how to manage their sales and marketing activities using Tigerpaw’s powerful customer relationship management capabilities. Throughout this one and a half day class, attendees will acquire working knowledge of Tigerpaw’s sales and marketing functionality, including account and contact import and management, sending and analyzing email marketing, opportunities, sales forecasting, and more!

Managing Service Tickets, Agreements and Contracts (1.5 days)

In this session you will learn how to manage service orders through the use of Templates, parent child relationships and the merging of service orders. Dispatch technicians from the dispatch board and accurately track time and expenses for accurate billing. Learn how to manage your managed service agreements, contracts and much more. Let us show you how to take the headache out of managing your service ticketing.
