Tigerpaw is your all-in-one business automation software, allowing you to grow your organization while saving time and increasing productivity in and out of the office. The following features are all included in the latest version of Tigerpaw.

  • Remote Access via Tigerpaw Mobile: Tigerpaw Mobile (sold separately) connects your technicians to essential Tigerpaw functions using any smart phone with Internet access. Built specifically to optimize technician time in the field, this new product provides streamlined workflows for efficiently creating, updating and viewing lists of one’s tasks, service orders, time logs and expenses.
  • Real-Time Vendor Price Lookup: You have instant access to current vendor prices and item availability so you can enter more accurate estimated costs and identify items that may be backordered on your purchase order, service order or quote. Currently this feature is available for vendors that sell items from Tech Data® (US and Canada), D&H Distributing or Ingram Micro®.
  • Define Field-Level Conditions to Create Targeted Workflows: You can now select from more than 1,000 database fields to specify conditions for triggering workflow notifications - taking workflows to a whole new level.
  • Change Orders: If you need to modify a service order from a quote, you can now generate a change order quote based on the service order changes, for example you can substitute a discounted item or accommodate changes requested by the customer.
  • HTML Editor: Enhanced functionality allows you to easily copy and paste directly from Microsoft Word.
  • Time Entry: Time Sheet view allows techs and managers to see an entire week at a glance - all tickets created, all time entered and the amount of "billable" time.
  • Service Order Templates: Clients save time by creating service order templates for the common types - status, work requested, work performed, etc.
  • Automated Payment Processing: Set up an agreement to include all the charges to be billed to the customer, link it to real-time asset information and choose the day to process the payment. Tigerpaw processes the payment and automatically sends the invoice.
  • Dashboards: Tigerpaw's dashboard provides a snapshot view of the key metrics that are important to you and your business.
  • Email Analytics: Measure and improve your marketing outreach using a graphical interface to easily view, analyze and measure the results of a particular campaign.
  • Password Keeper: Requested by the Tigerpaw Community, the password keeper stores encrypted user names and password data with three levels of security permissions.
  • Managing Sales Opportunities: An opportunity creation wizard allows you create opportunities for a group of accounts and assign them to a specific rep or rep group.
  • Tigerpaw Journal: Emails sent and received in Outlook can be automatically logged in your Tigerpaw Journal.
  • APEX: Apex is a set of industry best-practices and data assembled by an experienced team of Tigerpaw users and industry professionals to help you better your business the minute you being using Tigerpaw.
  • Calendar View: The Calendar view makes it even easier to work from one unified calendar.
