The Tigerpaw integration to NetworkFleet utilizes Microsoft MapPoint® to better dispatch and track technicians with a graphical view using the Dispatch Board feature in Tigerpaw. GPS tracking indicates where technician vehicles are located and which technician is closest to any given service location as well as provides the ability to give turn-by-turn directions. Now service fleet managers can track technicians at any time, right within Tigerpaw in order to dispatch more efficiently with convenient zoom-in, zoom-out, and point-and-click integration via Microsoft MapPoint.
