"Again I would like to thank you for excellent, courteous service. Things have been running very well and I have not had the opportunity to call you for well over a year. Our visual basic laptop interface program has been working well and we recently eliminated the manual updating by writing a program to extract the data from the laptops to update Tigerpaw directly.
The reason I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your service is that I have had to work with others, particularly our accounting program company, that is very difficult to work with; so much so that I would like to dump their product. The CFO that we had and chose this accounting program over Tigerpaw is no longer with us.
This incident reminded me that Tigerpaw includes quotes and I am going to take another look at it. We do have V9 but have not installed it because some of our laptops could not handle it and we have been so busy lately we have not had time to do the upgrade.
