Enhancements to the Tigerpaw Solution
TP utilities by Computer Heroes, Inc. are a set of handy inexpensive utilities to improve and enhance your effectiveness with Tigerpaw. Each utility is stand-alone, and can be used by one or more members of your team. Pricing is inexpensive and simple.
The "Contract Custom Fields Copy" utility will copy all custom field values from one contract to another. It makes sure that when you renew a contract the custom field data can be moved without re-entry.
The "Update Standard Cost" utility will copy the average cost of your Price Book items, to the standard cost. Standard Cost is used in the Quote module. If your costs vary and you want your quotes to reflect those changes this is the utility for you. This utility will only update items that have a quantity on hand, where the two costs are different.
NOTE: This utility will not work for customers who use the Standard Cost inventory valuation method.
The "Copy Quote Notes" utility will copy all notes from an existing quote to another quote or service order. The Quote Notes feature is very powerful. Unlike line item comments in quotes that get cut off when the quote is converted to a SO, Quote Notes allow you to put in any length of note and even organize it by topic. This awesome utility allows you to move the notes along the quote to service order process or move it to a new quote.
The powerful "Quote Copy" utility is a must have utility. This allows you to copy specific line items from an existing quote or copy a SERVICE ORDER to a new quote. That's right, you now have the ability to copy a Service Order and make a quote for it. Awesome!
We believe the Customer Inventory feature of Tigerpaw is very valuable. When new items are posted to customer inventory they don't include the information found on the 'features tab' of a price book item. If a customer asks, "what size hard drive do I have in this computer?" You can quickly answer that question if it is included in your price book features. When you are looking up the customer's computer in the customer inventory, those features were not available to you until now.
Do you have dozens or maybe hundreds of workflows clogging up your workflow list? Now you can get rid of them with this simple utility. This utility allows you to complete all workflows before a given date. We don't recommend you tell your boss about it. Seriously, this utility may help get you or one of your team members back on the right track with workflows. Try it today.
Here is a very handy tool for cleaning up piles of old tasks. The Task Completer gives you a great deal of flexibility to choose the tasks you want to complete. You can eliminate hundreds of task in a split second. Oh yea, just in case you hit the OK button a little too quickly, we gave you an UNDO button.
