Description:		CTILink desktop application is a fully integrated soft phone GUI that runs in Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP. CTILink allows companies to integrate the computer desktop with advanced call control features and the computer telephony integration (CTI) with Tigerpaw CRM+. The software will work with any phone system that supports TAPI, TSAPI, MiTai or CSTA.
