Tigerpaw has teamed up with Networkcar to offer the ability to monitor technician vehicles using GPS technology. Tigerpaw will integrate GPS tracking into its award-winning business automation software solution.
With the Tigerpaw Networkcar Integrator, businesses can now use GPS location information to improve customer service. The new Networkcar Integrator, when combined with Microsoft MapPoint, provides users with the ability to quickly locate the closest tech or installer to a customer site, see all vehicles in relationship to a given customer site and to one another, and provide accurate turn-by-turn directions to any driver to a customer location.
