  We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Quality Assurance / Software Testing Engineer. This position REQUIRES two (2) years minimum QA/testing experience. Proficiency with an automated testing tool such as IBM’s Rational Rose or Mercury Winrunner is a necessity. Applicant must have excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Visual Basic, ASP, Microsoft Office, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous. Applicant will be working with another testing engineer in support of our development staff. Applicant will be responsible for formulating and executing test plans to verify the accuracy of reported fixes, product enhancements, and new products as well as provide feedback to development on ease-of-use and process flow within the applications. Applicant will be required to design, develop, and execute automated testing scripts.

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Implementation Coordinator. The ideal candidate should be a self starter, organized, detail oriented, and possess good communication and writing skills. You will spend a large portion of your day talking with our clients to help them achieve their implementation objectives by first understanding their goals and then providing them with the guidance and resources necessary to achieve those goals.

You will be required to:

• Coordinate implementations for new and existing customers
• Have a thorough understanding of the implementation resources
• Accurately track the customer's implementation progress
• Be able to answer basic Tigerpaw CRM+ questions
• Help with training related documentation

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of CRM software
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proven writing skills
