Three integrations have been created for Catalyst resellers. They include the Catalyst Price Book Import, the Catalyst Configuration Import and the Tigerpaw Purchase Order Export.
Price Book Import:
Eliminate the manual step of entering in catalog data. Import your price book into Tigerpaw and manage that data in a full product price book to be used in your quotes, service orders and purchase orders.
Catalyst Configuration Import:
Import your Catalyst configuration into Tigerpaw and convert that data into a quote. Once your Catalyst configuration becomes a quote, you now have the ability to turn your quotes into work orders, and schedule for delivery via our dynamic dispatch board. Using Tigerpaw, track and bill for tech hours, materials and purchasing-all tied to the original order-without any manual entry of data.
Here is how the Catalyst Purchase Order Export Works:
Catalyst resellers can now extract a Tigerpaw purchase order for Catalyst. Catalyst will then import the P.O. data such as quantity, description, manufacturer's part numbers and price to process the order and ship.
